Light Speed Paradox

If you placed a light emitting diode on the end of a bullet and fired it, the light emitted by the diode would not go faster than the speed of light, even though  it is being transmitted from the end of a speeding bullet. 

What would happen is the time experienced by the light photons would slow down so time and space  would not allow the light to travel faster the maximum speed limit for light particles. 

So all particles with no mass can't travel faster than 299 792 458 meters per second. That is the fixed speed of light.
